As soon as the viewers saw it, they were hooked on the reality show The Biggest Loser. The show is all about a weight loss contest between a group of people to see who will lose the most weight. The Biggest Loser does change people’s lives. It is not just because someone has enough money to make major changes in their life. Not only do they alter their image of their body to others, they alter their own self image and take on life with a new zest after losing the weight. It takes work, but in the end all the contestants realized that it is so worth it. For people who strive to be healthy, they get to reap all of the benefits. The happiness that is bought on because a person can be more active is untold.
